After your order is dispatched you can track the delivery status of your order online with our courier by clicking 'tracking Number'.

Please note, the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot deliver to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

Step One: Finding an item and adding to your shopping cart

• Find the item you desire by either going through the category pages, or using on-site search.
• Once you've found the product you want, click "add to cart".
• You can either rollover a product image and click on the Quick buy button and then click "add to cart", or for additional product information, click on the product name or 'view details' link. From the product detail page select add to cart" to place the item in your cart.
• You will be able to increase or decrease the quantity in your shopping cart.

Step Two: The shopping cart
When you've finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon found on each page. The shopping cart is where you check if the products in your cart are correct, and have the option to change the quantities you're ordering. To continue to purchase, click the checkout button.

Step Three: Order details
The next page will ask you to sign in and then provide billing and delivery address details.

Step Four: Confirmation
Once you've confirmed your order you will see a confirmation page that gives you your unique reference number and the total sum deducted from your credit or debit card account. You can print this page for your reference, or alternatively wait until you receive this information in an order confirmation email. Click the shopping cart icon to view your selected items, their quantities, and the total cost. Here, you can update quantities or remove items before checkout.

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, simply go to “View Cart” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.

If a basic stock item is unavailable on INNCALM, it will be marked as out of stock. You can request an email notification when it becomes available again.

For Germany: Enjoy free delivery on orders over €40. A standard shipping fee of € 4.99 applies to orders under €40.
For EU Countries: Enjoy free delivery on orders over €80. A standard shipping fee of € 9.99 applies to orders under €80.

All orders are shipped by DHL.
All orders are shipped on weekdays (only from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the next working day will be processed.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 working days from delivery in their original condition and we will refund the full purchase price to your account.

For reasons of security and speed, we recommend you to send the item(s) you wish to return by post with acknowledgment of receipt.

Requests for refund will be handled promptly. Please note, we will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use.

For requests of exchange, the delivery time of the new product varies from 7 to 10 working days from our receipt of your return.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or are not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a refund.
